Hello everybody

I hope someone can help me...
I would like to create some moderator for my dolphin website. So I create from the settting a moderator rule and set the action that he can do.
Then i promote an user to moderator level and i can work correctly.

But now.... I would like to set this moderator as moderator for a group, so that he can even upload picture and files.
For the moment he can modify and delete user's message, but he can't do all the things that the group owner can.

Even, I would like that he can create sub groups. It's possible to do that? For example, in the group "Programming" he could create (and menage) the sub group "PHP"...
